There are a number of alternative dispute resolution options that can be considered, for example the parties can proceed to a round table discussion or alternatively building dispute mediation.
Mediation can drastically reduce the costs involved for all parties and the parties will be able to consider options that may not have been available if they proceeded to litigation.
