BakerLaw LLP are again delighted to be participating in Phyllis Tuckwell’s ‘Make a Will Fortnight’ from 10th to 22nd September 2018. The Private Client Team will write a basic Will or update an existing one in return for a donation to support Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care.
The suggested minimum donation is £250 for a basic Will or £350 for mirror Wills. A mirror Will leaves everything to the survivor respectively and then to other beneficiaries. If you require specialist advice or additional work then the team will advise you of this and the additional fees required.
All money raised through the ‘Make a Will Fortnight’ go towards helping Phyllis Tuckwell to care and support people living with advanced or terminal illness in West Surrey and parts of North East Hampshire.
- A donation of £250 could pay for someone to attend the Day Hospice for a week to receive advice and support from nurses and other staff whilst giving an opportunity to socialise with others in a welcoming setting.
- A donation of £350 could pay for ten counselling sessions to gain one to one support.
Phyllis Tuckwell need to raise over £20,000 a day to provide their vital services which are provided free of charge to over 250 patients, carers and relatives every day.
