BakerLaw LLP is participating in Phyllis Tuckwell’s 'Make a Will Fortnight'. From 11th to 24th September 2017 our Associate, Debbie Duggan can write a basic Will for you, or update an existing one, in return for a donation to support Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care.
The suggested donation is a minimum of £200 for a basic Will or £300 for mirror Wills (a Will when husband, wife, or partner leave everything to each other respectively and in the event one of them should die then to other beneficiaries). If you require specialist advice or additional work to be carried out we will advise you of what work is included under the scheme and of any additional fees.
All money raised through the 'Make a Will Fortnight' goes toward helping Phyllis Tuckwell to care for and support people living with a terminal illness, in West Surrey and part of North East Hampshire.
Phyllis Tuckwell need to raise over £20,000 a day to provide their vital services which are provided free of charge to over 250 patients, carers and relatives every day. Phyllis Tuckwell is our nominated charity and we work closely with them so are delighted to be able to support them.
