Our ‘Private Client Advice-Line’ is available to anyone who may be unsure about the law relating to Wills, Probate, Mental Capacity, Powers of Attorney and Tax Planning and therefore requires advice. We are more than happy to assist care home staff and members of the public and our initial advice on every matter is completely free**.

As a specialist legal practice based in Farnham with vast experience in this area of law, we understand the stress and uncertainty of dealing with a lawyer over what can be a sensitive, daunting matter. I have undertaken to visit care homes and retirement villages to break down the boundary between the law and members of the public and I am happy to speak to either residents or their families on such subjects as Wills and the important of Lasting Powers of Attorneys. I am assisted by Farhana Ahmed, who after successfully completing her law degree has obtained experience advising on matters relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate.
