Last month, the Partners at BakerLaw held a competition for all staff to put forward innovative ideas for the firm. The Partners encourage staff to be involved and open with their ideas. They felt that the competition was a perfect forum for encouraging thoughts on best practice and efficiency.
Amanda Glover, Managing Partner announced the results of the competition with Samuel Gray, Trainee Solicitor winning the first prize: two nights’ glamping. The second place prize, a £100 Brasserie Blanc voucher was awarded to Debbie Duggan, Head of Private Client. The competition received great response from the staff and the Partners were all impressed with the ideas put forward.
BakerLaw is a modern and progressive firm focussed on providing the best client service. The Partners are going to be working with the staff to implement all of the ideas over the coming months.
