BakerLaw LLP has bolstered its Employment Law Department with the appointment of a new Associate.
Emily Yeardley is an experienced employment law solicitor advising businesses and individuals on employment related matters ranging from unfair dismissals to complex discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal. Emily advises on grievances, redundancies and other HR related matters in addition to dealing with employee departures and settlement agreements. She has a particular specialism in ill health at work and disability discrimination and is a regular speaker and contributor to journals and publications on employment matters.
Emily has joined the team having trained and gained experience at a niche employment practice before working at a Southampton-based firm in the Dispute Resolution Team. She was a secretary and committee member for a successful networking group.
